Report from New York
We made it! We took the students to Manhattan but it involved alot of waiting and standing in lines.. The trains were not running so we had to take the bus from the aiport which pretty much meant standing in lines for over 2 hours. Well the traffic was jammed and it took us 2 hours to get into Manhattan. So we finally got in to Manhattan around 6.45pm. However, the sound the students made when we got out from the Lincoln tunnel and they realized they were on Manhattan made it all worthwhile. They were all so happy and a couple of girls actually told us how much they appreciated all the work we did to get them into Manhattan. The ride home was a lot faster, we were back at the hotel within an hour. All the students were on time when we met up in Times Square, it's such a great group of students ( I feel like I cannot stress that enough)!
